Teaching IS challenging. As a result, we would not suggest in any way that we have all the answers. We are, in fact, learning about teaching every day! We do think, however, that collaboration is the key to improving the teaching and learning process. To us, that means collaborating with both teachers and students—as well as with families, coaches, school staff, communities, etc., and understanding the value that each partner brings to the process. Let’s get together and make teaching and learning better for all of us!

The Learnabilities Team loves to meet with educators and homeschoolers/parents who want to explore teaching and learning together! We have our favorite topics, but we are also willing and excited to move into new territory.

Virtual Workshops

Virtual workshops are available over Zoom for either one-hour or two-hour sessions. Longer than that online, and we all need a screen break! Zoom workshops will be as interactive as possible and require that participants engage with cameras on. If you’ve ever presented to a wall of dark rectangles, you will understand! We are also happy to discuss the possibility of a Zoom series, with mini topics spread over several meetings. Let’s brainstorm!

In-Person Workshops

A limited number of in-person workshops are available upon request. These interactive workshops can be half-day sessions (2-3 hours) or full-day sessions (5-6 hours) with a longer break for lunch. Multi-day workshops can also be scheduled. Travel will be arranged by Learnabilities with costs pre-approved prior to travel. In-person workshops are our most favorite adventures, so let’s get connected and see what we can plan together!
